Chesterfield Venue Hire

Chesterfield Venues has a number of multi-functional spaces, including the following meeting rooms which are based within the Market Hall Assembly Rooms, Hasland Village Hall and the Winding Wheel Theatre. A number of organisations use our spaces from private, public and 3rd sector organisations through to local community groups.

Assembly Rooms Meeting Room 1 (6.5m x 6.5m)
The capacity for Meeting Room 1 is 45. The meeting room is an informal space with a clear view across Chesterfield’s historic market place. The meeting is accessible via stairs and lift and has a projector and screen available.

Assembly Rooms Meeting Room 2 (5.4m x 3m)
The capacity for Meeting Room 2 is 20. The meeting room has a break out area overlooking the retail area. The meeting room and break out area are split by a sliding wall. This means the areas can be combined to make a larger meeting room if extra capacity is required.

Hasland Village Hall Meeting Room (38 x 5ft and 25 x 2ft)
The meeting room capacity is 20. There is a screen and projector available for hire.

Winding Wheel Theatre Function Room
With copious amounts of natural daylight, this is the Winding Wheel Theatre’s third space available for hire. Popular for meetings, training and talks due to the town centre location, the Function Room has a private bar with a small lounge area, and kitchen. The Winding Wheel has 2 additional rooms called the Ballroom and Auditorium which are suitable for larger meetings and conferences.
